Digital product refunds
Bloominprompt sells digital prompt unlocks that are delivered online. If a purchase does not unlock correctly, contact us and we will help restore access or review the order for a refund.
Refund window
Refund requests should be sent within 14 days of purchase. Include the email used at checkout and the prompt or item purchased so we can locate the transaction.
When refunds may be declined
Refunds may be declined where the digital content has been successfully delivered and used, where there is evidence of abuse, or where the request falls outside the refund window.
How refunds are processed
Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method according to Paddle and payment-network timelines.
